Through the end of the year, Delta is giving flyers with status and extra MQMs the option to turn them into something else entirely - including some potentially lucrative options When you do that conversion, your platinum status starts immediately and goes through 2025, correct? I know that is how it used to work with MQM's but want to make sure it hasn't changed. You can choose to extend status or convert your excess MQMs to MQDs or to Delta SkyMiles, depending on how many extra MQMs you were holding.
